Manufacturing Support Built Around Your Project
Manufacturing is performed by partner manufacturing facilities matched according to project conditions. Shanghai Xinji serves as the main project point of contact, coordinating sample development, material and structure communication, production follow-up, quality nodes and delivery arrangements.
Note: The following production site and workshop images are real-life records of partner manufacturing facilities. They are used to objectively demonstrate the coordinated performance resources and process foundation. Shanghai Xinji conducts overall planning and scheduling according to the project.
Selected Manufacturing Facility Views
The following screen is used to illustrate the main manufacturing links that can be coordinated; actual process, equipment and control requirements need to be confirmed with the customer project according to the specific cooperation facility.
Raw material warehouse and fabric warehousing
Show the direction of fabric storage and batch management; moisture-proof, light-proof and temperature and humidity requirements need to be confirmed according to materials and cooperative facilities.
Accessory material warehouse and standard shelves
Display the zoning and label management direction of webbing, wires, zippers, fasteners and hardware. The actual cargo location and collection method are confirmed by the cooperative facilities.
Computer layout and cutting workshop
Shows the direction of computer layout and digital cutting equipment; layout efficiency, loss and cutting tolerances are subject to specific equipment and project standards.
Large-scale sewing workshop
The bright and tidy professional bag machine sewing workshop has double rows of standardized flow tables equipped with professional computer flat sewing and hemming equipment, and the workstations are in good order.
Sorting, inspection and packaging workshop
Post-display sorting, inspection and packaging; inspection proportions, packaging methods and labeling requirements are confirmed according to customer projects.
Three-dimensional finished product warehouse and shipment temporary storage
Demonstrate the direction of temporary storage, packing and pallet management of finished products; warehousing and shipping arrangements are confirmed based on orders and logistics plans.
Five Quality Control Stages
The following are examples of common quality concerns. The actual inspection items, proportions, standards and recording methods are subject to customer requirements and documents confirmed by both parties.
Incoming Material Check
Indicators such as weight, color difference, coating or hardware can be checked according to material and project requirements. Specific projects and judgment standards will be confirmed separately.
In-line Inspection
Quality inspection specialists regularly inspect the machine sewing stations to check the stitch density, backstitch reinforcement at stress points and seam flatness, and make immediate corrections.
Needle Detection & Safety Control
If customer or product requirements involve needle detection, it can be carried out according to the confirmed sensitivity, random inspection or full inspection ratio and keep corresponding records.
Final Product Inspection
The appearance of zippers, printing, embroidery and finished products can be checked against the approved sample and material list, and the specific inspection ratio is confirmed by project.
Packing & Shipment Review
Check the box marking labels, barcode scanning accuracy, moisture-proof desiccant placement and box sealing tape specifications, and prepare loading and release documents.
